Please fill out this page, print it using your browsers print option, attach your $30 payment, and either put it in the payment pouch at the Yoga Workshop (2020 21st St., Boulder) or mail it to: Backbends and Inversions; c/o Barry H. Our Refund Policy

We will give a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee, up to the day the course starts. No refunds will be given after that point. If you miss classes due to reasons beyond your control you may do one make-up class. This class must be a regularly scheduled class taught by the course teacher. You must inform the teacher of your plans.
